I think not. No one in this rightful earth is born a genius. Your either want to exceed in learning or you dont. Its a matter of where you want to be in life. This goes for any topic, no one is born with&nbsp;anything you are taught by your parents and peers. There is a primary socialization, which is everything you learn when your first born, theres secondary socialization, which is what you learn as a teen, then theres adult socialization which is yourself playing a role in your life. People take these steps differently in life and mature at a different rate.
